2006 Hummer H3 eng rough w/ac

My 06 Hummer H3 suddenly began missing running extremely roughly especially when the AC is on. I did get some suspicious fuel so have some concern that it is bad fuel in the system. The engine light is coming on. What should I do?? Fuel filter? Injectors? Plugs? HELP?!?!? Thanks in advance.

Have it checked for misfires, if it occurs mostly at idle, there may be issues with the cylinder head. There was valve issues in 2006.
