I unhooked my battery cable and when I hooked it back up my power door locks and drivers side power window stopped working?

It sounds like you knocked out the driver door switch when you reconnect the battery from a voltage spike. There is a logic module inside the switch. Here is the location to help you fix the problem. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what happens.

The common denominator is the wiring harness going from the door to the body. You may have to uncover the outside protector to inspect the wiring for broken wires

I have a 2007 Hummer H3. Recently the drivers window and the power locks quit working. A few days later they started working again, and then now have quit working again. I've seen several people online have had this issue, but I can't find an answer anywhere?

You'll have to check and see if your wiring harness is badbetweent eh door and body. Check to see if they areagetiing power or not. There are relays for the windows in the door and check the grounds, battery engine and body. All can do that.

Try first disconnecting the battery cables and shorting them together, this depletes the capacitors, sort of like a reboot. Hold them together for a minute or so, and check operation. Sounds like a logic lock condition, that may have been brought on by the low voltage.

Caused by weak battery replaced battery then hold pos and neg cables together for a few seconds to discharge any charge in the system. Then connect the battery back and go.

What are they repairing, i.E. What is the symptom? If it is a body control module for instance, it is going to need programming that only a GM techline terminal can provide.
