my rear wiper motor keeps running and was motor keeps running,how do i fix?

The wiper probably keeps running because the washer is stuck on, and it goes through the front wiper module. I would replace the front wiper module. You will need to remove the front wiper arms and cowl vent panel, and the cowl vent panel is easy to break.
