I know I will need tires ,but i get a serious vibration like it might be a wheel bearing. any suggestions

89k is about right for front hub bearings. Try lifting and supporting it and see if there is any play top to bottom as well as front to back in the wheels. Also check the pitman and idler arms, they tend to wear out about that mileage as well

And if you have put oversize tires on it, you will make the problem worse, I learned that the hard way, so I sold my Hummer and upgraded to the next level M939-A1
