My rear hatch and rear doors will not unlock. I manually unlock the rear doors but hatch cannot be opened.

If the doors lock with power, but don't unlock, swap the relays in the I/P fuse block and see if the behavior changes. If they neither lock or uinlock, check the 20A locks fuse in the I/P fuse block. It is on the left side of the instrument panel, under the endcap. The legend for the fuse block should be on the underside of the cover.
