The blower fan for my ac runs constantly even after the engine is off, ultimately killing the battery. Is there a relay or control switch of some sort that has "frozen" in an on position? How difficult is it to locate and replace the part?

Since it is an automatic system, it has a blower control processor, and that is probably shorted. I believe that once you remove the rh lower insulator it is near the blower motor, as it uses the airflow for cooling.
