My car is making a howling sound from the front passenger side. What could it be and how do I check it?

Noises are very hard to diagnose without actually hearing it? Can you upload a video of the area making noise to see if it is inside or outside the car?

It is definitely under the hood. I am thinking vacuum hose off or a pulley or belt maybe.

Does this help at all. It recently started making a squealing noise as well and it turns off sometimes by itself
