This car belongs to my nana it has quite a few areas to restore. What would you do if you had to repair this.

I would appreciate if you could give me step by step instructions.
I have some images here at my dropbox account.

If everything involves bodywork, you need to get estimates and suggestions from a few body shops. The people there can determine if it is less expensive to replace a part or to repair it. I can tell you no one will try to paint little areas like I saw in your first photo. (That is the only one I could see for a few seconds before the site wanted me to create an account). White is an especially difficult color to match, so they will paint the entire panel, at a minimum, rather than trying to blend in old and new paint.

Torn rubber parts, like bumper covers, can be repaired, but if the area is too large, it is less expensive to replace it. Metal panels today are too thin to do any repairs other than massaging out tiny dents. If there are significant dents in metal panels, those will be replaced. They will also look for structural damage under any dented panels. Often the extent of that cannot be known until a fender or quarter panel is removed.
