how to test a blower motor on a 95 ford e250 4.9 van

blower motor not working; need to know how to test the blower motor relay and the blower motor and the circuit to find the problem, plus backup lights not working; both fuses are good #5 15amp for the backup lights and the (F) 60amp fuse for the blower motor. thanks for your time and help

easiest way is to see if blower gets power when switch is on. the relay normally only controls high speed. it could be your resistor or switch as well . of course if blower gets power and doesn't work it's the blower.

So are you missing power or the ground to the motor?
