How to stop it from running hot?

Then I will need some more information from you. Please be as detailed as you can.

1: Is the coolant full in the holding tank?

2: Does it run hot all the time or just when going slow or stopped?

3: Does your cooling fan come on when it is hot?

4: Are there numbers on your temperature gauge? If so what do they say for a temperature reading?
