How to siphon gas from my gas tank?

hello, i have the car listed above that was in an accident.
The car was total, and i have a full tank of gas that i would like to siphon out, but
the problem is the tank has a restriction stopping the hose. so, i removed
the fuel relay and jump the contacts, and my fuel line is removed from the
fuel rail, and i turn the key on, and i don't get any fuel from the line. Any idea
how to get the fuel pump to pump, don't have time to drop the tank. thanks

Hello,

You will have to remove the fuel filler tube from the tank and then use a siphon to remove fuel.
