How to replace the rear door?

My rear driver's side door was destroyed in an accident. I have to replace it. What are the steps to removing and installing the new door? Also are there any reputable online sites that sell doors off junked cars? My local junkyard doesn't have any.

You won't believe this but I still hadn't ordered the door (damaged in a hit and run. Someone hit my open door while I was parked and getting something out.) when I hydroplaned into the wall on a highway entrance ramp and totaled the whole car literally 2 days after your last response to me.

Everyone is fine. And I got more from insurance than I paid for the car 14 months earlier.
