Are you sure the cam sensor is the problem? The camshaft sensor on this vehicle is difficult to replace. It is behind the timing belt cover. I attached a picture for you to see it. Now, you say the car won't start. The cam sensor won't cause this. If the sensor does not operate correctly, sequential injection is may not occur and the engine may stall or run irregularly at idle or fail to accelerate normally. However, it will run.

To determine what may be causing it not to start, you should first check to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine.

Once you do that, we will have a better idea what the problem may be. Also, if you have a scanner, check for diagnostic trouble codes. I realize most people don't own one, but often times a parts store will lend or rent one to you. Here is a quick video showing how one is used:

If you are able to scan the computer, let me know what codes are found. Also, let me know why you suspect the cam sensor.
