how to replace body wiring harness

salt water flood car, need to replace body wiring harness, more specific instructions on dismanteling the dash. or good tech in 48187 area code. Car was starting great until I took to a GM dealer. Everything worked except the speedometer and heat/air conditioning, radio and side mirrors. Now the car wont start and they cant figure out why, so naturally it was blamed on the flood problem. I got all the lights working and windows working. just wanted them to check the speedometer and air, now I have to tow it. Help

Have you checked to see if you are getting spark and fuel to the engine? As far as a schematic, I recommend that you get a good repair manual. I would be trying to piece things together and it wouldn't work.
