Specifically, no air comes out dash or floor vents. If a bump is hit, then the air flow is correct and changeable. AC air is cool and heat air is hot.

It is not the blend door that you are concerned with. It is the Mode door that you are diagnosing. Here is a diagram of its location. Access may be a problem. https://www.2carpros.com/images/external/105677782.gif

Is the View from Drivers side? I removed the motor on the passenger side through the glove box, it looks similar. but it is not the one.

The motor changed position, how do you change it to match the valve/door?

You do not, it is self calibrating when the battery is disconnected.

When it was disconnected from its shaft, the motor rotated to an impossible to mount position. It is about forty five degrees from being able to fit on the shaft. It must be rotated to be in the rotation range of the door shaft. How to make it turn If I put plus voltage, will it turn and not damage it?

You should not have turned the key on with the actuator removed. It relies on the door stops to calibrate.

Plug it in and try to change the temperature, but be ready to shut the key off quickly when it gets to the right position. It has to be installed to calibrate.
