How to remove upper dash pocket?

Hello, is this the dash pocket you're referring to? Looks like there is a screw in the middle of the back of the pocket. There is a Trim Tool kit that is used to remove the clips. There are also instructions for removing the driver side dash, I'm not sure why that part is included.
It doesn't look like you can just replace the door separately. You may be able to push the lower clips in with a small pocket screwdriver. The 5th diagram is the tool kit SOJATP2014 part number.
