How to remove the transmission range sensor?

My transmission range sensor went bad

This one is not an easy one like the good o'l days, it is inside the transmission, you must remove the shift cable and lever with the side pan, then there is a special tool to remove the roll pin which allows the shaft to be removed so the gear range switch can be removed and replaced.
