Sometimes when I lock the car it will honk. Other times it wont. And sometimes it will even honk on its own just from me putting it in park. Is there a way I can make it permanently lock with the key fob only?

Its sounds like you have a body control module that is going out which is common on those cars.

Just recently, out of nowhere, as I slowed down in a ramp on the freeway, it just cut off and the only reason I was able to tell was because the steering became hard and when I looked everything was off, so I put it in neutral and I turned it off then it started back up. Also when using the cd player it glithces a lot. These are both two symptoms that matches the body control module, but I don't know if it could just be the ignition recall it has.

The engine stalling would most likely be a separate issue. Here is a guide on what to look for when the engine stalls.

Please let me know what you find
