At 6 miles to a gallon, tune up with new coil., Maf cencer clean. No codes but wheel sencer bad. One brake dragging.
What is the easiest way to lean out the fuel? Can I add a wire here or there? Can I unplugged the egr valve?

Your dragging wheel sensor is the biggest culprit here. Also check your air filter and get a goo quality oil change with the proper viscosity oil. Brake and wheel sensor first. Don't start modifying or youll probably do more harm than good

Ive never heard of HHO so im not sure. I will tell you that will possibly need a caliper on the wheel with the sticking brake. If its been dragging its been getting very hot, that's bad for the brake fluid inside the caliper. At least bleed that fluid out when youre in there and try it. Then pick that wheel back up once you've driven around a bit to see if the wheel still spins freely. If not replace the caliper
