Hi,
I believe this model still used the OBD 1 system in 1995. That was a major transitional time from OBD 1 to OBD 2.
If it does have the OBD 1, here is a link that explains how to retrieve codes. All you will need is a short jumper wire or even a paper clip.

Also, try this for me: See if it will start if you use starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we will know it is a fuel related issue. If there is no change, I need you to check for spark at the plugs. Here is a link that explains how that is done:

This will help narrow us down to the correct circuit to focus on.
