My six month old key fob is not working correctly. the original stopped working all together. Fob will intermittently work (10% good - 90% bad). Fob was programmed per instructions that came with unit it worked until last week. Also, my rear wipers are working intermittently (10% good - 90% bad). what module(s) controls these functions? How do I go about fixing these two issues? Thanks

Hello,

This systems commingled at the BCM which I believe is going bad. But to be sure we should check the system fuses there are nine of them.

Here is a guide and some diagrams to help you see what is going on and to do a few easy tests to confirm the problem:

Below are the BCM wiring and fuse panel locations. If the BCM is bad when you replace it you will need a shop to program it for you.

Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

Cheers, Ken
