how to fix code 82 ignition control (IC) 3X signal error

te 3x signal comes from the crankshaft position sensor and 99 percent of the time it is the sensor itself,although sometimes it could be in the wiring,trace the wires from the sensor and make sure that there are not bare or burnt spots on them.they will go from the sensor to the ignition module,which is where your coils bolt on and I think that they will be purple and yellow if I remember correctly.
