how to find TDC?

i messed up and rotated the cylinders and through off the timing chain. i have removed the timing chain and need to know how to replace the tensioner spring and find top dead center so i can reinstall the timing chain.

Sure, but you got to be careful not to bend any valve while turning the engine over. Here are the timing marks to help which show the engine on TDC.
