How to change the coolant tempature sensor

The Check Engine light is on, I took my car to Autozone to read the code, it was point to the coolant sensor. I have purchased a new sensor, but how difficult is it to replace myself? Do you have any images or videos to replace the sensor?

What was the exact code number not code description?I dont want to see change a part or the wrong part for nothing.
