How to change spark plugs and cambelt

Need to change spark plugs. also need to replace cambelt. What is the procedure?

Replacing the timing belt is an involved process. I don't have the procedures for this vehicle. I recommend that you get a good repair manual that has directions and pics to help identify part.

That is the problem.
Where do I find a repair/workshop manual for this particular vehicle. I live in Zimbabwe, and there is NO chance whatsoever of finding this manual in Zimbabwe.
Cannot seem to find one on Internet either.
