how to change belt tension-er

i removed the four bolts, but not coming out.

Well ALLData is not giving me much information here. From what I can tell, it should come out after the belt is removed and the bolts are out. Being that it has been on there for over twenty years, with daily heating and cooling to boot, it has probably become a little stuck. You might have to gently work at it to get it to loosen up.
