How to change a fuse?

My car will not start how do I change the fuse? I know where the fuse is but, how do I take them out to change it? I know it is not my battery.

it may be a security system problem. try this on link. most fuses just pull out and push back in. fuse 8 under hood is one you need to check also check starter relay for corrosion see link.
