how to change 1st spark plugs

I have managed to take the coils out and replace 3 spark plugs, the last one is a bit confusing.
There are lots on pipes and connections, please walkthrough with a video or diagrams for clear picture.

I am usually able to gain access to that spark plug with a good quality universal-joint spark plug socket and some wobble extensions.
