So, i wasn’t paying attention and accidentally pulled my transmission plug instead of my oil plug and let it drain until it was only slightly dripping, i did put the old fluid in an old jug and it was about 3/4ths full.

Fluid Types

NOTE: MERCON Automatic Transmission Fluid is being replaced by MERCON V as a service fluid.

Automatic (4R70W) .................... MERCON V ATF

NOTE: Automatic transmissions requiring MERCON V should only be serviced with MERCON V, or fluid from container that is specified as a dual usage fluid: MERCON/MERCON V.

NOTE: Automatic transmissions requiring MERCON can now be serviced with MERCON, MERCON V, or dual usage fluids labeled MERCON/MERCON V.
