I can provide flat rate for labor, but the part cost is tough not knowing where you are located and if you want a new part or used.
As far as labor, the book calls for 1 hour in labor. Chances are you should replace the bushings as well as the arm since it will already be off.
The bushings would be inexpensive. I would think under 30 dollars. However, the control arm itself new will most likely be around 200.00.
