How much do you torque the rocker arm to and if it saids 14 n.m 124 lbs what does n.m stand for.

14 Nm is Newton Meters this is a metric version of Ft/Ibs 14Nm is equal to 123.90 inch /lb torque. or 10.30 ft/lb torque. Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
