How often do you need to change timing belt on rover 75 and how many miles do you have to replace timing belt and at what milage will rover 75 do until full service is needed and will i get better milage on petrol after service

recommended timing belt replacement and tensioner is 60K miles unless in California then it's 100k normally you put a timing belt kit which is the belt, tensioners , pulleys etc and water pump
