I want to setup a maintenance plan for my car. Need information on when to change all fluids, drive-train, spark plugs etc.

Here's a list. If there's something on here I didn't list that you'd like to know about, just let me know. If it says to inspect it and it is dirty, replace it.
Oil - Replace every 5,000 miles.
Air filter - Replace every 5,000 miles.
Transmission fluid - Inspect every 30,000 miles.
Spark plugs - Replace every 120,000 miles.
serpentine belt - Inspect at 60,000 then every 15,000 miles (75,000, 90,000, etc).
Coolant - Inspect every 25,000.
