how hard or easy it is to change power steering pump and pulley

power steering pump moves back and forth where pully shaft is at and power steering fluid is brown and smells burnt

you need a special puller for the pulley to remove and replace it. you have to take a bunch of stuff off an dneed the pullers to replace the pump you can rent a manul here for a week to have that at your disposal. the pulley is one of the first things that have to be removed.
