How does the wifi-hotspot work

As far as the information I can find the service only operates off of a US or Canada Verizon cell system with 4G connection.

Being the system is essentially a cell phone with wi-fi it might be possible to change the carrier but you would need to talk to a local dealer to see if they have any ideas on that. There is nothing in the service information about it other than how to check if a phone is paired to the Bluetooth system.

Yea its seems its only work on Verizon .
Another question how does the pcs work ?
i tried to test it via getting so close to a wall and near to a car but it doesn't autobreak itself.am i testing it wrong ? Or is there is something else i can check it?

Be sure it's turned on in the options, then set the sensitivity to high. Now it should warn you once the car is moving over 10 kph and you are not touching the brake when it thinks you should. The only way I know of to test it without a high end scan tool is to put a big cardboard box on the ground and see if the system triggers before you hit it. Low tech but it works.

Engine RPM is dependent on engine temperature, the load it is under and throttle position. Normally you would see the rpm higher in cold weather after starting the engine as the system raises the RPM to recharge the battery and warm the engine up, or if you have things like the heater blower or AC running. As it looks like that was a cold start I would say it's normal.

Anything under operating temperature is considered a cold start in modern vehicles. If it does it when the car is fully warmed up, with the heat and AC off and after it has been running for 10 minutes or so, then it may have an issue. Does it drop back to about 650 rpm or so after it has been running a while?

It only happens in cold start.

Normal. That is how most newer vehicles work, Because the engine is cold they ramp up the idle. This does two main things, it increases alternator output to get the battery back to full charge from starting. Second it lowers the amount of time the engine is cold and in the mode that uses more fuel normally as it warms up. The side effect is you get faster heat inside the car and better defroster output which means you can start driving sooner which also decreases idle time and the amount of fuel burned doing nothing.
