The P0339 code on a 2016 Ford Focus indicates a problem with the "Crankshaft Position Sensor 'A' Circuit Intermittent." I would just replace the sensor which is the problem 9 times out of 10. You will need an oscilloscope to test the sensor correctly, once connected start the engine and watch the waveform for irregularities, An alternative method is to use a voltmeter set to OHMS and test the resistance in the sensor windings and compare it to a new sensor but this is not a 100% accurate test because the sensor can act differently when in use.
