PCM removal instructions needed

Trying to remove PCM, not sure if two bolts screws showing have to be unscrewed.

Hello, I am Danny.

The PCM is located under the left side of instrument panel, near steering column. I attached some instructions and a relearn procedure needed after PCM replacement. Hope this helps!
