how do i test security system

This car has electrical problems , it most commonly runs for a few minutes then dies !
How do I test the cars security system , and does the fuel pump stop working when security is activated

If you have a security problem you will see a security indicator flashing when trying to start it. The engine will start and immediately stall. The computer cuts off the fuel injectors.
