How do I replace sun-roof motor

The sun-roof won't open, or close. It might be the switch, or the motor itself. You guys are the experts and I value your opinion. BOB

Here are those instructions for replacing that sunroof motor.
In case you didn't check the fuse, it's a "lift-gate/sunroof" fuse in the under hood fuse block. Here is also the wiring diagram:
