I keep breaking the #45 bits and don't want to strip them out. Also can I reuse the old head bolts? The head gasket is blown and I'm trying to remove the head bolts o my 1999 ford Contour. Is there a way to remove them easily? Would a air impact work better then my ratchet

Thanks

Make sure you have a quality T-45 socket. The cheaper ones always break. As far as the head bolts, they should be replaced.

An impact wrench will most likely strip the bolts. Use your ratchet.
