I tried using 2 separate oil wrenches and screw driver before going to this option . Currently, I have it soaking with bb blaster spray to lube good. Is there any way to remove the stuck oil filter after you cut it open?

try taking a chisel or punch and hitting where you don't damage the oil filter housing to take off filter. then don't tighten it so damn tight then next time. Also use a better filter like Purolator, wix, bosch that have stronger cans and do a better job anyhow
