security system reset?

Car flashes red car/key light. I have replaced battery, the chipped key and car still will not start. I have tried unplugging negative lead on battery and reconnecting it hoping that will clear up the problem that did not work either. Not sure what else to do.

try a security system reset it may have set the security off by disconnecting battery. See link.

Car key sign blinks. I have tried change batteries and all other tricks.but car will not start yet.
