Codes P1472, P1425 and P0102, how do I get my car out of limp mode?

I did code test p1472 p1425 p0102 now I have changed battery mass air flow sensor purge valve for EVAP checked all hoses and electrical connections everything seems good. All my fluids are topped off. I disconnected the battery for over 30 minutes and cleared all codes with the code reader still immediately picks the same codes right away in about 3 seconds.

The diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) you've provided are related to various issues in a 2000 Volkswagen Beetle.

P1472 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump, Insufficient Vacuum:

P1425 - Secondary Air Injection System, Bank 1:

P0102 - Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Low Input:

So, all of these codes can be caused by the catalytic converter is clogged. Please go over this guide to help confirm the issue:
