Interestingly, the code indicates an issue with the fuel level gauge circuit. So, I suspect we have a connection issue at the fuel pump module.
The first thing I need you to check is fuel pump pressure. If we find it is low, we have to check the connectors at the pump module (top of fuel tank) to make sure they are in good condition, tight, and not corroded. If they are good, then we need to check voltages.
Here is a link that explains how to check fuel pressure. You will need a fuel pressure gauge, but most parts stores will lend one to you.

I attached the manufacturer's fuel pressure specifications below for you and a description of the code. Try what I suggested and let me know the results. I'm hoping for a weak connection, but the problem could be related to the totally integrated power module (TIPM).
