You need to remove the valve and look underneath. Make sure the valve is closed. It is common for carbon to unseat the pindle creating a massive vacuum leak.
I have replaced TPS, fuel pressure regulator , cai, PCV valve, several o-rings, fuel filter. Car has very low mileage and I don't understand what happened. We drove the car 45 miles to get it home. Also new battery.

Okay, you need to test and see if the ECM is commanding the injectors to fire.
You need a noid light, you can get it at a parts store, and see if it flashes while cranking.
