See pictures. You will need a small screwdriver to pry the piece out to get to bulb. Do not let spring and button go flying.

I was backing my car out today and when I put it in drive the light around the D didnt light up, I was still able to drive the car fine though. Two weekends ago when I was backing out of the driveway my car turned off, but this was before I found out that I had a crack in my radiator and all my coolant had leaked out (this has since been fixed). Should I be worrying about a transmission problem or could this be something electrical? All the other gears (P, R, 2, N, L) light up when I shift to them. No check engine light or anything is on either

Nothing to worry about, looks like the light indicator its burn, just needs to be replace.

The one on the dashboard or in the shifter?

The problem is in the dash board, how would I get that off and if I go to a mechanic about how much do you think it would cost me?
