do I bleed cooling system?

I just changed the heater core in my truck and heater core hoses are cold and fluid is rising in the overflow. I am trying to bleed the air, I do not see any bleed screws. What is the best way to bleed the system? Thanks!

with it off then install cap after it says right in instructions.
