My vehicle is going to go to scrap yard but I have a full tank of fuel.I want to bypass what the car does normally for the fuel pump to pump and manually supply the fuel pump with constant power so I can empty the fuel tank from supply hose under hood.

There are a couple options. The vehicle that car was based on has a wire on the firewall that is used to send power to the pump and bypasses the rest of the circuitry in the car. It shows the wire as a Black wire with a Blue stripe. The other option is to find the pump relay which Mitsubishi calls the MFI main relay 2 and jump power to the pump in that relay. Both options work for what you want.
