The A/C is blowing out hot air more than cold?

The Compressor is kicking on and does not need Freon. Ready to blow up car!!! Any help appreciated.

I would turn the system on and then confirm the larger A/C line-tube coming from the fire wall is cold, if so, the air mix door actuator needs to be replaced. Here is a guide to go over and the location of the actuator in the images below:
