Hose part number

1995 LEXUS SC 400

I failed smog during the visual inspection. The PCV breather hose on the passenger side needs to be replaced. I cannot find the part number. I do know it definitely isn't 12261-50021 or 12262-50011 I don't need the one for the crank case. I need the one that is a different size on each end, but I can't figure out which part is correct. HELP!!!!!

try your friendly Toyota/Lexus dealer as we don't have part numbers or try an auto parts store. because of age it may have ceased production on that part.
